NBOND R&D INNOVATION CENTER

The central laboratory has physical & chemical testing room, constant temperature and humidity room and  microbiological testing room,which can conduct daily tests for raw & auxiliary materials,non-woven fabric,non-woven converted products and manufacturing control programs.At present,the laboratory has equipped with a series of more than 50 sets of experimental equipment,including textile strength machine,digital thickness testing machine,color assessment cabinets,textile water repellency rating tester,digital fabric stiffness tester,flushability assessing equipment,vertical steam pressure sterilizer and etc.

The laboratory has a professional testing team with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication,establishes and implements documented quality management system and complies with relevant national laws and regulations.The team is able to conduct testing work according to the requirement of ISO, GB, ASTM and other standards in a fair,scientific, efficient and honest manner.

Development goal & mission:provide objective,fair,accurate and efficient testing and evaluation services for internal and external customers with the most sophisticated instruments,rigorous,efficient work and service quality.

Nbond R&D center covers an area of 2000m2 ,it is currently the first enterprise level technology R&D center in domestic non-woven industry.The center is completely independent of the company’s production and only used for R&D staff to develop new products.

R&D center is mainly designed to meet four functional requirements of non-woven material development, non-woven finishing research,non-woven processing technology research  &non-woven basic scientific research.

Future technological innovation is the foundation for survival of the company.For many years, Nbond has been always sticking to product differentiation strategy and focusing on technological development.and hope to make use of R&D platform with diversified equipment,functions and technologies, to make the R&D center  the most powerful support for the company’s development and train more technical experts for the company and even the industry.
